OUR SEMI-ANNUAL INSPECTIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Heating

Check refrigerant charge
Inspect air filters, clean if neccessary
Inspect coils, clean when necessary
Inspect electrical connections
Measure voltage and amperage of motors and compressor
Lubricate fan motors

Check fan blades for tightness
Measure amp draw of electric heaters
Inspect 1st and 2nd stage heating
Inspect defrost initiation and termination for proper operation
Provide written report of findings and potential concerns, should any be found

Cooling

Check refrigerant charge
Inspect air filters, clean if necessary
Inspect indoor and outdoor coils, clean if necessary
Inspect electrical connections
Measure running voltage
Check and flush condensate drain
Inspect contactor points

Inspect capacitors
Measure running amperages of motors and compressor
Check temperature split across evaporator coil for proper cooling and dehumidification
Provide written report of findings and potential concerns, should any be found
