Kiwanis Club Easter Egg Hunt

Easter Egg Hunt

The Kiwanis Club of Hampstead will hold the 12th Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Hampstead Kiwanis Park on Saturday April 15th, 2017. The fun will begin at 10 am!

You will want to get there early as the eggs are picked up quickly. The event is open for young children through grade 5. Thousands of eggs will be hidden as well as gathering books and prizes to be given away. Rumor has it that the Easter Bunny will be there. The book give-away provides a chance to to promote literacy in the community – this has been a great success in previous years.

Pleasant Air is pleased to be one of the local sponsors.

The Kiwanis Club of Hampstead recently gathered at the park on Sloop Point Loop Rd. to commemorate 20 years of community service as well as two ribbon cutting ceremonies.

The first ribbon cutting ceremony was the official opening of the special needs playground. The accessible playground is designed for children with disabilities.

The second ribbon cutting celebrated the development of the Disc Golf Course. The course will open the park to future disc golf competitions and leagues.
