Aeroseal Receives Product of the Year Award

At the recent AHR Expo held in Orlando Florida, Aeroseal was awarded with both the AHR Award in the Ventilation category and the “Best of Show” Product of The Year Award.

It’s the biggest trade show for HVAC professionals. 2,000 exhibitors and around 75,000 attendees. And out of the tens of thousands of products and technologies shown at AHR Expo this year, Aeroseal duct sealing was just named Product Of The Year by a prestigious panel of industry judges. Nice!

First developed by the U.S. Department of Energy as an effective energy-saving technology for homeowners, Aeroseal is now being used in commercial buildings as well. Leaky ductwork and ventilation shafts have been a problem in buildings for decades, but with no viable means of solving the problem, it has simply been ignored – until now.

A growing number of architects, engineers, commissioning agents and other building professionals are finding Aeroseal to be the answer to solving issues related to duct leaks – from poor ventilation to energy waste and uneven temperatures, to noisy AC systems and the hit to worker productivity caused by poor indoor air quality.

To date, Pleasant Air Inc. has performed over 47 Aeroseal Duct Sealing applications. Thanks to the hundreds of people who have helped spread the word.

Each Aeroseal application has shown excellent results and many of our customers are more comfortable than before and are well on their way to saving on their energy bill.
