We have a highly trained and qualified group of technicians. Our service technicians,
with a combined experience of over 70 years, can work on just about every type of
equipment. They are constantly upgrading their skills by attending seminars, schools,
training classes, viewing training tapes, and reviewing manufacturer's service manuals. It

Consulting:
Nonpartisan consulting services for new installations, general improvements,
conversion projects, and problem solving solutions are available.

Repairs and Maintenance:
In-house repairs and overhauls as well as field service on York, Trane, Lennox, and
Carrier residential units. We offer the same services on commercial HVAC systems and
chillers (recips, screws, centrifugal's). Control system repairs for Johnson or Honeywell
pneumatics. Tube cleaning service. We offer Service contracts
for residential and commercial applications.

Predictive Maintenance:

Vibration Analysis:
Predictive maintenance services through the latest technology in vibration analysis. 6
years experience in diagnosing all machine defects. (Alignment problems, bearing problems,
etc.)

|
Oil Analysis:
Samples taken at regular intervals and sent to a local lab for analysis. This is used
to determine acid level, water content, etc. Analysis results are trended and reported on
as requested.

|
Eddy Current Testing:
We support a wide variety of exchanger types, in and out of the HVAC industry.
|
|
|
Refrigerant Recovery:
We currently have a mobile unit with a total capacity of 3200 pounds (additional
capacity is available as needed)
