Heating:

• Check refrigerant charge

• Check air filters

• Check coils, clean if necessary

• Check electrical connections

• Check voltage and amperage of motors and compressor

• Lubricate fan motors

• Check fan blades for tightness

• Check amp draw of electric heaters

• Check 1st and 2nd stage heating

• Check defrost initiation and termination

Cooling:

• Check refrigerant charge

• Check air filters, clean if necessary

• Check indoor and outdoor coils, clean if necessary

• Check electrical connections

• Check running voltage

• Check and flush condensate drain

• Inspect contactor points

• Inspect capacitors

• Check running amperages of motors and compressor

• Check temperature split across evaporator coil

Our experience has shown us that systems that are serviced on a regular basis are more efficient and last longer, which is extremely important in today's economy.

Our standard maintenance agreements include two inspections each year with a discount on parts if any are required: priority service (which is very important in extremely busy times); and, after hours rates are waived in most cases.

Should you need help between your inspections, we have a service technician on call 24 hours a day for emergency calls. If you have special needs, we can customize a plan just for you.
